A variety of savings plans are available at Montgomery VA Federal Credit Union. Each member account is federally insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the U.S. Government.
Regular Share (Savings) Account - This is our basic savings account. Deposits and withdrawals may be made at any time, In person, by phone or by mail. Dividends (based on earnings of the credit union) are paid quarterly on the average daily balance above $100.00.
IRA - Our Individual Retirement Account requires a minimum deposit of 25.00. Deposits may be made to your IRA by payroll deduction, millitary allotment, or by check or transfer from another account. If you have questions about the Ira alternatives available to you, ask us to explain.
Share Certifcates - Montgomery VA Federal Credit Union has several share certificates for your individual needs. Rates are competitive and guaranteed for the term of your share certificate. The minimum deposit is $500.00. Click here for current CD rates.
